New Build Housing Scaffolding

A timber frame housing development in Rochdale, with rapid turn round of scaffolding from plot to plot.

• The foundations and floor pad are built first.
• Then the scaffolding is built to the shape and dimensions of the outer skin of the house. 
• The timber frame is craned into place and fixed.
• The roof is fitted
• The brick walls are build on the outside. The scaffolding follows the build by moving platform board up as the brick build progresses.

With many houses at a different build stage, our teams are kept busy building new, removing and adjusting the scaffolding.
