New Build Scaffolding
New Build Housing
Axess Scaffolding has very experienced teams working on large new build housing sites. We work with a number of blue chip companies on some large projects. Scaffolding for new build housing is our core business. It is a progressive build with our teams under constant pressure.
We confirm to TG20 (Technical Guidance 20.13), and work within HSE guidelines. Conformance sheets are generated for each structure using current software, which are attached to the Risk Assessments for each site.
Axess On Site
Our teams are on site to adapt and maintain the scaffolding as building progresses, providing an ongoing service to our customers.
There is an Axess Scaffolding co-ordinator on each site, managing the day to day activity. This includes planning activity within the overall site plans.
The Axess Scaffolding site supervisor visits the site periodically to check any Health and Safety, operational and other issues that may need dealing with.
Scaffolding Structures
New build housing development require rapid scaffolding build to very tight specifications. The base lift will be done to enable the base of the building, then as the building grows a second lift will be added.
The pictures are of a base lift at the start of a build, and a 10KN loading bay built to a specific design provided by a scaffolding designer working for the main company.
We fully understand the importance of consistency of the structures when on a large building site, this is safer and allows a more efficient building process.
